Ok Now you probably landed here because you were looking for a review of a date site but if so sorry that’s not what this is.

This is my take on date sites in general.

Okay are you still with me.

The first thing that you think of when you go to one of the plenty dating sites is that there are actually people who run the sites, Right. Well not so true the truth is that the sites are actually ran by the ones who use them. This is not saying that there is no one behind the scene writing the code or resetting the servers.

When the sites may claim you will meet people or can connect with others this is in whole based on how you write your profile, the sexual appeal you may have(images you post), and other activity you may have on the site.

I see a pattern with most date sites at first when you are the newbie you get plenty of replies (I call this the new meat effect) this may last for a few weeks or even a month. It happens because your new profile is being created so you initially have more activity. When you slow your roll and stop visiting the site every few hours or everyday only then can you compare them apples to apples.

There are also the sites that stake claim to niche markets like “finding a sugar daddy, a smart, a short, a geek, bdsm or even if you want to find that millionaire there is a site that claims to cater to your desires.

Let the truth be told

  • These sites are good to get you a date but a match you could just go to the closest store and find a better match.
  • The matchmaking is normally just a keyword match (matches what you have in your profile against other profiles)
  • Many of the people who use the sites have been there for a while (this is why they pounce on the newmeat)
  • Many of the people who use the sites fall into the category “career dater”

If you want to join one of the sites look for one that is free. If you get lucky and get into a substantive relationship from using a site then you might want to donate to their founders,like saying Thanks!

So if you really want to get the girl of your dreams there is no better way than simply talking to her. You can be fake if you want but in my opinion that is like spinning you wheels you might get somewhere for a short time but when your true colors show you will be out with the trash.

There is no magic that can draw someone who don’t want you to be with you. No dating site can help in that respect either.

There are truths to relationships the methods that have worked best for me are to simply look at it like a business partner. Do you want this partnership or are they not to your level.
